In the past 3 years I have had multiple surguries, broken bones, and as of yet unresolved pain issues. The doctors keep prescribing Vicodine and I am afraid I have become dependant on them. I do not want to take them anymore and would like an alternative solution to pain managment. I have tryed bio feed back (did not help), exercise (which helped some). Any advise would be appresiated.
