I have pretty bad anxiety. I can’t look people in the eye and I can barley talk through presentations. I use to have no problem talking in front of people. In my sophomore year in high school is when I first noticed I had a problem. I now just finished my first year of college and my anxiety has really hampered my experience. What can I do. Should I seek medication? What are some natural alternatives?
Getting red and becoming short on breathe is terrible. Who do I go to to request medication?
