aziahh30 asked:

My SIL is going through a bad stretch right now. She move a year ago away from her family (for a better job for her husband) and hasn’t quite adjusted to being alone. She finds herself depressed and crying all the time. Recently she has had some panic attacks over “stupid stuff” that she know is ridiculous but says she can’t stop herself (had a meltdown because she couldn’t find her daughters shoes). She also hasn’t been sleeping good and can’t lose weight.

She is going to get some bloodwork done..which will probably lead to hormone pills. But she is looking to try alternative botanicals first before going to medication she doesn’t want to go on.

PLEASE HELP???!!!
Well, she certainly isn’t going through menopause. She is 30 yo.
I don’t “assume” anything. I am just typing on here what she told me.

My son is 10 and his doc wants him on medication(s) but I’m looking for something more herbal or alternative, like maybe diet changes or something like that. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!!!

i’ve been in such a bad mood lately. every little thing sets me off, i would like to be a little bit happier, i don’t believe in medicine like zoloft and all that crap. this girl a long time ago told me about some herb….something that meant “woman of 1000 husbands” or something like that. Any suggestions.

Because I have motion sickness medicine, but it makes me so sleepy. So I’m looking for an alternative.

By the way, if it helps for you to know. I get nauseous from playing 3D video games. I don’t have a serious illness or anything, in fact I read that quite a few people out there have it. It has nothing to do with me sitting to close to the TV either.

Jane asked:

I am looking for alternatives to the usual medication, which, in my opinion, is often toxic (not to mention the side effects).
I would like to use natural products only – i.e. products made of plants and herbs.

If you know a website thet offers natural, herbal and/homeopathic products, please let me know ASAP!

Thank you!

MissUnderstood asked:

Tomoxifen has such side effects, is there an alternative? Don’t worry, I take my medicine, I was just curious.
I am in year 4 of my survival and my tomoxifen medication.
Thank you all

I wanted to take St. Johns Wort, but it interacts with my birth control (which I learned here). I don’t want to take a prescription anti-depressant, because I am already on medication for adult ADD, and I dont want to be completely drugged up all day. Is there any herbal supplement that is similar to St. John’s Wort without all the side effects?
