Does anyone have a home recipe alternative for performance/enhancement pills?

I figure if pills have natural ingredients, something must work if you purchase it from a health food store or grocery store. I’d like to be a little harder and last a little longer. I’m having fun, but it could be better. I think my blood pressure medication is affecting me. Any ideas.
